First Section (5 minutes)

  • Ask/explain a general thing, such as homeland, hobby, family, etc.

Second Section (1 min for preparation, 2 minutes for explanation)

Describe an activity you do to keep fit and healthy. You should say:

  • what the activity is
  • how often you do it
  • how you started doing it
  • and explain how it helps you to stay fit and healthy.

Third Section (7 minutes)

  • In-depth questions from second section’s topic
  • Closing from examiner.
